The D³4Health Foundation aims to strengthen national capabilities in the research, development, and application of enabling technologies for precision and personalized medicine.
Through this call for proposals, we support innovative startups working on digital twins, biological twins, sensors, and wearable devices—technologies at the heart of the future of healthcare.
Are you the startup we're looking for?
Innovative startups as defined by Decree-Law No. 179/2012, with their registered office in Italy, may apply if they:
- Sufficient experience and organizational structure
- A Solid Business Plan for the 2026–2027 Period
- A management team with proven expertise and the ability to execute
- Absence of grounds for exclusion related to criminal, administrative, or anti-Mafia matters
Bonus factor: existing industrial or commercial partnerships.

The Two-Step Selection Process
Phase 1 — Admission
Submit your Expression of Interest. We will review the eligibility requirements, and if your startup qualifies, it will be invited to the next phase.
Phase 2 — Selection and Investment
Describe the purpose of the investment and your plan. The selected startups will proceed to sign the Investment Agreement.
