R&D Cluster Health
Aosta Valley
The D34Health Foundation is responsible for coordinating projects funded through the Valle d’Aosta Region’s “Health R&D Consortia” call for proposals. This call provides funding for industrial research and experimental development projects focused on technology applied to the health sector.
The funding is intended for industrial entities and research centers that, either individually or in collaboration with one another, intend to carry out an experimental, applied, and—above all—innovative project. The call for proposals has several objectives: to create synergies between businesses and research centers in the Aosta Valley, to promote training, dissemination, and technology transfer, and, finally, to foster the specialization of key professionals in the field of scientific research in the Aosta Valley.
The following are the 5 funded projects:
– DAS – Design for augmented surgery stand by
– MONITOR-CRRT – Monitoring and sampling system for blood purification in dialysis patients in intensive care
– BACI – Enhanced bioprinting for cell engineering using inkjet technology
– COBALT – Understanding human biological barriers for precision medicine using digital and biological twins
– SaluteDerm – Promoting skin health through innovation and dermatological research
