How can I become a member of the Foundation?

To become members of the Foundation, individuals and legal entities—whether public or private—must meet the requirements set forth in the Foundation’s Bylaws. Interested parties must share the Foundation’s goals and objectives and contribute to its assets through monetary contributions, activities, tangible or intangible assets, services, or other appropriate forms.

The admission of members is decided by the Board of Directors, which makes its determination by a qualified majority of two-thirds of its members, following an evaluation by the Technical Management Committee. The admission decision is final and non-appealable.

The membership term lasts 12 months. Upon expiration of this term, the Member may apply to become a Participating Founder. In this case as well, the decision on admission is made by a qualified majority of the Foundation’s Members’ Assembly, following an evaluation by the Board of Directors and the Technical Management Committee.

Members participate in the General Meetings without the right to vote and are required to comply with the provisions of the Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.
